A skate bowl is a curved, sunken concrete structure, typically resembling a rounded pool, that skaters use to perform tricks by carving and flowing around the walls, utilizing its transition (curved edge) to gain speed and airtime. A designed area for flowing, carving, and performing tricks without needing to push off the ground continuously, similar to how skaters would use an empty swimming pool in the past.
